About: Me.
My name is Grace (nice to meet you!), and I'm currently a PhD student at Montana State University studying Cognitive Psychology. My passions are generative artificial intelligence (genAI) use, User Experience (UX) research, and human factors (HF). I love breaking down complex problems to create improved workflow, ease of use, and excellent products.
Whether physical (such as exploring sidewalk accessibility for wheelchair users) or digital (I've worked on many a website!), developing, running, and analyzing product testing has to be my favorite part of the project. The user, and their experience, allows for increased trust between the service provider and their client, and my work builds that bridge.
